WellTech Studio LLC operates Well•ish.

  • practice information and approved materials; and

Payments are handled by a payment provider. We may receive your name, email address, billing ZIP code, amount paid, and payment status, but not your complete payment-card information.

2. Website and Product Activity

We use Google Analytics and other third-party services to understand how our website and products are used.

They may collect information such as pages viewed, links selected, approximate location, device and browser information, referring website, dates and times, and online identifiers.

When someone uses a First Visit Preview, we may also collect:

  • general health or wellness interests;

  • service preferences;

  • topics they want to understand before booking;

  • preview and video interactions; and

  • booking-link selections.

First Visit Preview does not ask users for their name or email address. Their interests and preferences are used to personalize the experience and are not directly linked to identifying contact information.

First Visit Preview is not designed to collect medical records, detailed health histories, or identifiable health information.

  • create and operate First Visit Previews;

  • personalize preview content;

We may also share information when you ask us to, when legally required, to protect Well•ish or others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

We do not sell personal information for money.

When a consumer follows a link to a wellness business or booking platform, information entered there is governed by that business’s and provider’s privacy practices.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for our products, business records, analysis, security, or legal requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
