TERMS OF USE

These terms apply to wellness businesses that purchase a Well•ish product.
WellTech Studio LLC operates Well•ish. “We” means WellTech Studio LLC, and “you” means the business purchasing the product.
By completing payment, you agree to these terms. The person completing payment confirms that they may accept these terms for the business.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
1. Terms for All Products
1.1 Your Purchase
Your payment page, purchase confirmation, invoice, or written offer describes the product, price, term, and included services. Those details are part of these terms.
1.2 Payment and Refunds
All sales are final.
Payments are not refundable or prorated if you stop using a product before the end of the purchased period.
1.3 No Guaranteed Results
Well•ish does not guarantee traffic, engagement, leads, bookings, revenue, or any other business result.
1.4 Liability
Well•ish is not responsible for lost bookings, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or other indirect losses. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
1.5 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our products change. We will notify active customers of material changes and ask before using their business materials for a new purpose.
1.6 Other Legal Terms
These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. These terms and your purchase details make up the agreement between you and Well•ish. If any part of the agreement cannot be enforced, the rest will still apply.
2. Growth Starter Kit
2.1 Delivery
The Growth Starter Kit is delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase, in the formats described on the purchase page.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, downloading and storing your copy, and having software that can open the files.
Download links and passwords may not be shared.

2.2 How You May Use the Kit
The Kit is for the purchasing business’s internal use.
You may use its ideas, recommendations, tools, and conclusions in your business. Your business decisions and plans belong to you.
You may share your own decisions and instructions with employees or contractors helping you carry them out.
2.3 What You May Not Do
You may not:
resell or redistribute the Kit;
post the Kit publicly;
share it with another business;
give the full materials to a contractor;
share a download link or password; or
use the materials to create a competing guide, template, course, or product.
The Kit provides general business guidance. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice.
3. First Visit Preview
3.1 Service Term
First Visit Preview is purchased for a six-month term.
It does not renew automatically. At the end of the term, you may choose to purchase another six-month term.
Unless you purchase another term, your preview will stop working at the end of the six-month period.
3.2 Creating Your Preview
Well•ish creates, hosts, and operates your First Visit Preview.
You make the final decisions about how your business and services are described. You must review and approve the final materials before they are published.
You are responsible for making sure your information is accurate and current. This includes your services, credentials, pricing, insurance information, testimonials, claims, and booking details.
You must tell us when approved information is no longer accurate.
3.3 Your Materials
You must own or have permission to use any images, logos, testimonials, quotations, or other materials you give us.
You keep ownership of the materials you provide.
You give Well•ish permission to use your approved information and materials to create, host,
We may identify your business as a Well•ish customer and display your name and logo on our website. We will ask for your approval before using your business-specific materials in a testimonial, case study, or advertising campaign.
Your business is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information and materials it provides or approves.
3.4 Product Ownership
Well•ish owns the First Visit Preview product, including its software, templates, personalization methods, modular content, workflows, generated videos, and reusable design components.
When your term ends, the preview and generated videos will no longer be available. The software, templates, video files, and other product components will not be transferred to you.
3.5 Booking and Services
Well•ish sends consumers to your business or booking platform when they are ready to book.
Your business is responsible for deciding whether it can serve the consumer and for scheduling, payments, refunds, intake, services, licensing, cancellations, and the consumer relationship.
Well•ish does not provide healthcare or wellness services.
3.6 Product Changes and Availability
Well•ish may update, test, or change First Visit Preview.
We will communicate material changes and try to schedule planned work during lower-use periods when possible.
We do not promise that the product will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website, browser, or third-party platform.
The product may rely on third-party hosting, video, analytics, and booking services. Well•ish is not responsible for problems caused by those services.
3.7 Product Analysis
Well•ish may analyze product and usage information across First Visit Preview customers.
We may use aggregated and de-identified findings to understand performance, improve the product, and describe general trends.
3.8 Suspension
We may suspend or remove a First Visit Preview if payment is not completed, the business materially violates these terms, or the business asks us to remove it.
When practical, we will give you an opportunity to correct the issue first.
3.9 Feedback
You may give us feedback, requests, or ideas about First Visit Preview.
Well•ish may use that feedback to improve its products and owns the resulting product changes and improvements.
